Roommate Wanted -Peaceful and Clean Space

Looking for a roommate to rent out the other side of my 2bed 2bath apartment. You would have your own private
bathroom attached to your room and plenty of space!

YOU SHOULD BE:
- Clean and considerate (especially in common areas)
- Female/women preferred , no couples, children or pets
- At least 30 years old + (negotiable)
- Working professional

THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW ABOUT ME:
-I like to play music and have a good time when I clean, etc. so please be okay with moderately loud music every now and then, (always respectful and at a reasonable time of the day). Also, I’m very considerate of others, so I’m open to accommodating based on both our needs.
- I'm very clean and respectful to others
- Peaceful and calm personality but also fun and creative at times
- Love cooking, painting and holistic healing
- Mostly plant-based but also eat fish/seafood, don't care what you eat so no worries just no chitterlings lol

The room can fit a queen/king bed if needed. As of now I have a medium-sized TV, queen-sized mattress and queen-sized bed frame available in the room if needed. However, if you want the room completely unfurnished we can work that out as well.
