Furnished room in house with pool

My home is a 4-bedroom, 3 bathroom house with a swimming pool on a canal in east Fort Lauderdale (between Commercial and Cypress Creek, east of Dixie Highway). It is close to almost everything - and about a mile to the beach. I play tennis, take dance classes, use the pool a lot (in season), and I work at home several days a week. My work space is in the open living/kitchen area so I am really just renting the room (with private bathroom), but with minimal living room/kitchen access (mini fridge and microwave are in the room). There is a great backyard outdoor area, with patio/pool/dock. I prefer someone who works outside of the house (i. e., is not at home all day every day). There are currently 2 other males renting the other bedrooms, but this may change in the next few months.
