$1,200 Seeking a Gay Roommate - $1,200

A comfortable place to call home. I am looking for a roommate that is clean, quiet and respectful. Shared living space is the kitchen, entertainment room, dining room and backyard - pool area.

Includes all utilities and internet. Off-street parking - driveway. Private bedroom, furnished (Queen size bed and two night stands, dresser's) and shared bathroom, or possible option for own bathroom. It is a 3 bedroom/3 bath home.

Prefer non-smoking, but outdoor smoking is fine. MUST love dogs. I have a dog named Cody, friendly, well trained 9 year old Weimaraner. The home is located in Oakland Park, 3 miles to the oceanfront, within walking distance to the Oakland Park City Center, 1 mile to Wilton Manors.

Current Roommate information: One roommate works full time and home in the evenings/night. (dog owner) The other roommate works from home weekdays, outgoing and travels for work and pleasure. Additional information available upon request and please let me know what questions you may have.

Move in cost: $1,200 First Months Rent and $600 Deposit. (if the deposit needs to be set up in more than one payment, it can be discussed.) Move in Date: Available June 1st, 2024 or later. The lease period can range from 5 months to 12 months, with the option to renew.
