Room with Private Bath $1200 Per Month

I am a 56 year old female renting a a room in a 2 BR/2 Bath apartment in the Coral Ridge/Oakland Park area. I have lived here for over 13 years and am seeking a new roommate.

Rent is $1200 per month. I require first/last plus a $600 security deposit. A $40 background/credit check as well, Utilities (electric and wi-fi) are shared. Separate private entrance, small back yard area.

There is a designated parking space and a washer/dryer in the unit. The room is furnished. Very convenient area, near shopping, nightlife, the beach, public transportation, etc

Only outside is permitted by the landlord. I am mostly a quiet person. I have an elderly cat who does not play well with others so I cannot have any additional pets joining the household. If you have any questions, feel free to ask!
