Hi! My names Danielle, but everyone calls me Danee. I'm 30 years old, originally from NY, but I moved here for work and this is my third year in this apartment. I'm an extremely busy person; I work 12-14 hour days, 5-6 days a week, so when I'm home I really do just try and relax. I love horror movies, brunch, wine nights, and going out when I can find the energy to do so lol. I'm honestly probably the chillest roommate you'll ever have in your life, as long as you're respectful of the space, then we'll get on swimmingly :). I'm also looking for someone I can potentially become friends with, I think that's the goal and the obvious; save money by splitting the rent. Since the apartment is fully furnished, you only have to bring your clothes and personal belongings. The bedroom is only partially furnished, so you have full reign on what you do in there, I don't mind selling whats already in there if it doesn't suit your needs. The complex is gorgeous also. Gated community, 3 pools, 2 gyms, tennis court, pool table in the office. The apartment has a view of the courtyard which maybe I'm biased, but is the best view in the entire place. The utilities aren't actually included, so I did a ballpark of $1,500 (each person) a month, it would honestly probably be a little less or like $20 more and the $200 (I think it's $150 actually) is for the complex to run your credit and background check you and put you on the lease.
