Room for rent in east plantation

I have a bedroom for rent in my home. The bath is in the hallway and is also a guest bathroom so it needs to be kept clean as well as anything you do you are expected to clean up after yourself. Use of the kitchen and laundry is included as well as electricity, water, wifi internet and tv hookup. I have a 40 lb dog who is friendly. No partiers or having many people come through the door at all hours of the night or day. The bedroom comes with bed chest of drawers and a night stand.
