Hello! My name is Lexie and I am looking for someone to take over my lease from April/May to November. I currently live with a roommate in a high rise luxury apartment that is very modern and updated.
Our unit is a 2 bed 2 bath, which includes a spacious living room, dining room, a kitchen with an island, washer/dryer and a balcony that overlooks the interstate 595/Davie as well as a beautiful view of the Hard Rock Guitar hotel. The room I'm in is carpeted with a walk in closet. The bathroom is also spacious with a hotel style bathtub.
The apartment complex includes garage parking, a pool with a hot tub, a gym with a sauna, a clubhouse(that has a movie room, full kitchen, pool table, quiet room with desks, and conference room) basketball court, and a rooftop lounge area.
We are looking for someone that does not have kids, pets, smokes weed/cigarettes and is clean.
