Comfy Queen Bed upstairs room W/ housekeeper

COMING SOON Cozy upstairs room with tile floor. You’ll have your own bathroom with a closet for extra storage and full kitchen privileges (if I have it you can use it. Air fryer, Vitamix, instant pot, etc.) plus a private in room mini refrigerator. Washer, dryer and all detergent & cleaning supplies included. I have a housekeeper 2x a month. Parking is just a short walk past the unit. Shared driveway, as an owner I’m not allowed to leave my car over night in guest parking, I’ll let you know when I won’t be home.

No pets.

A great roommate for me is someone who is usually away during the day and doesn’t have guests often. This room is for 1 person. I work mostly night shift and am a day sleeper, I rarely have company. I also travel several days a week for work, most of the time you’ll have the place all to yourself. Although there is a bi monthly housekeeper your daily upkeep must be maintained. If you are looking for longer than 6 months we can start with a 6 month lease to ensure we’re a great fit for each other.

***Smart TV’s are only in the bedrooms there isn’t one in the living room. I do not have cable. AT&T high speed internet is included. There is a wireless radio Alexa can turn on for you.

Large community pool/ hot tub and BBQ area available for you to entertain guests. BBQ use is not permitted on the balcony.

Bedding and towels are provided if you bring your own I can pack them away.
