Open floor plan with newly remodeled kitchen and bathrooms, and is freshly painted, central a/c and heat, washer & dryer in unit, balcony overlooking Atlantic Ocean, 24 hour security , heated outdoor pool, fitness room, storage unit community room, library, parking space (cable\wi-fi and utilities included) $1,300/month. $1,000 security deposit to move in and refundable at end of lease.
