WE CURRENTLY HAVE TWO ROOMS THAT JUST OPENED!!!! Both upstairs room with private entrance

Room 1 $300 First week and security deposit MOVE IN COST- $600 for our downstairs room

Room 2 larger room (private entrance, Designated bathroom) $350 a week-$1400 a month. Move in cost for room 2 is first week and security $700

ALL UTILITIES INCLUDED

Showing days are Tuesday and Thursday 10am- 2:30 pm and some Saturdays

Only 10 minutes away from Pompano's famous beach (Kite Beach) this home is nestled in a prime location if you are a beach goer. closest grocery store is Publix which is about 7 minutes driving distance from the home. This is a 10 bedroom home with currently 7 roomies staying in the home. . THE ROOMS ARE FOR INDIVIDUAL MALE OR FEMALE (except the larger room), the room is furnished and all utilities such as cable, lights, water, electricity and wifi all included. comes with washer and dryer as well which is shared among the guests. We are renting the room weekly with a first week and security deposit which is $600 to move in. There is a weekly lease agreement attached to the rental to protect both tenant and landlord. You will be sharing the bathroom with other roommates along with common areas such as living room and kitchen. This is a large space with a huge back yard. Don't hesitate as rooms are going quickly.
