Room for rent / 8 min drive to beach

The room is located in an apartment that is in a quiet neighborhood and is near a Publix, several gas stations, and any other store fronts you may need. The beach is a 8 minute drive from the apartment. The room is not furnished to allow for it to be customizable to your liking and comfortability. The bathroom is shared and is clean. The kitchen area is also shared and you’d have to buy your own groceries. There are two washers and two driers on the lot and require a laundry card that you load yourself with a $5, $10, or $20 bill. The property owners may have you complete a background check through them, and they can provide that information to you. My son is moving out in the beginning of June and we’ll have pictures posted once he removes all his belongings. Half of the rent will be due on date of move in. I work a full-time job so I will mostly be working. I speak Spanish and some English. My daughter is 24 and works most of her hours from home, and some in the physical location of her job, but she is also barely home as well. She speaks both English and Spanish and is currently completing her AA. The other people are nice and mainly just go about their day.
