Room available for 2 months: March and April only

I have 1 open room - 12x10. There is a shared bathroom (w/professional 33 yr old male) with tub/shower combo- and an additional half bathroom downstairs for your use. The townhome has recently been renovated- brand new kitchen, new flooring throughout, and freshly painted. washer/dryer included. Kitchen fully stocked with supplies, furnished living room, dining room. Utilities additional. Open parking. I am a 34 yr old professional female, and I work in Miami. I travel often, so am not home a lot. Both quiet, clean and respectful-looking for the same.
