The place is beautiful. Ive been here 3 years already. some of the neighbors have been here for almost 10. its Walking distance from the main drive with all the night clubs and bars and its just a 2 minute drive to Las Olas and the ft lauderdale downtown. We have a boat ramp in the back were everybody keeps a kayak. The neighborhood is clean, Quiet but social, Everybody is out walking their dogs same time every morning and talking about their hangovers. About me, im Barber here in Wilton, ive been here for 15 years. I dont party or go out a lot but i do care at all if you are. my room as well as most of the apt is sound proof. i worked hard on making it that way so you couldnt bother me if you tried. I dont mind pets or guests. Im as laid back as they come. So hit me up if you are interested in the room.
