Wilton Manors: bedroom + extra room with full bath

For rent: bedroom, office, and full bath; can be furnished or unfinished. Large, open kitchen and living space; furnished. Fenced backyard and common laundry shared with great neighbors. Electric and water included. Option to share wifi.
The apartment: Nice split living layout; two bedroom, two bath with an open living/dining room between bedrooms; large kitchen, office, and front den (that I use as my yoga/study). Front and back keypad entrances. Large smart TV in living room.

The "complex": two houses each renovated into two apartments. Large fenced backyard shared with neighbors and dogs. Common laundry and storage. Off street parking. Convenient location in lovely neighborhood!


Can be furnished: queen bed with pillows and linens, side tables and lamps, dresser, tv, closet system, chairs and small tables, lamps. Bathroom is supplied with linens. This furniture and the linens belong to the landlord and may stay or go. Living area is furnished with my belongings and has space to add some things if needed.


Expectations: A lived-in, relaxed, clean, calm environment is the goal! 6th Ave near 26th St. My lease is through June, possible option to extend. Early move in possible. Dogs possible with fee and approval. No cats :(

Us: I am 36, new to Florida, and love Wilton Manors. I am originally from New Orleans. I work at a local Montessori school. I have studying, reading, and writing to do while home. I also enjoy binging tv shows, listening to music, being outside. I drink socially. Smoking is allowed outside.
Mister Rose is my sweet, 12 year old hippopotapup (75lbs Pitty-American Bully type dog) I’ve had for almost 2 years. MR is very chill, the goodest boy, and super spoiled! He loves other humans and dogs; he is not okay around cats. He is used to having people/dogs around and not a fan of being alone for too long.


The landlord: is a person, not a management group. Background check. Security deposit at signing. Rent due on the first.
