I have room for rent in the McRae Landing subdivision in Middleburg off Henley. The room is Fully furnished, king sized bed, walk in closet, TV will be mounted on wall prior to move in. Must share bathroom with existing roommate.

The existing tenant is a retired military male with a dog. Tenants will have full access to the house which includes living area, kitchen, and a covered lanai. There are 2 refrigerators for food as well as a new walk in pantry. Laundry facilities on site. Property is in very quiet McRae Landing and is on 3/4 of an acre. Parking for multiple vehicles, boat, and/or RV possible (fee to store boat or RV monthly required).
