Private Room & Bathroom for Rent

This 12X13 room is on the second floor of a 3bed, 2.5 bathroom house. Bathroom is private and the room has a large walk-in closet. There is a spare twin size bed should you need one. Rent includes utilities, internet, home security system, full access to all common areas, and washer & dryer. Rent can be a by-month basis or locked in for however long you need. I don't run credit checks but have paperwork that protects all parties during the rental period. Recreational smoking is fine but outside only. I am the owner of the house and there is one other tenant living here. There is 1cat and a bearded dragon.
