Short term room for rent

4/2 home with split main bedroom, updated and amazing kitchen, new AC, and open floor plan. Your room is private with a guest bath next door, and large closet. I work from home in the room next door. I'm quiet and travel a lot, have 5 cats and 1 dog. Will consider cat or dog, but only 1. Prefer vegetarian, but open. I'm queer, so you must be the same or an ally.
We'll share living spaces, so you must be clean. The house is cleaned biweekly professionally. If you'd like your room cleaned, there'd be a small extra fee based on what you want, but otherwise the guest bath is cleaned as part of rental price.
Hoping to meet someone who's personality meshes with mine and that you and my animals like each other. :)
