Looking for 2 roommates

The house is 1950 sq ft. 3 bedroom 2 bathroom. Each bedroom is 12.5 by 10.5. 2 living rooms a dining room, kitchen, laundry room, garage, fenced backyard and a driveway. The rent is $900/mo and $200/mo for utilities. I’m looking for someone who is clean and doesn’t mind cleaning also. I have a dog and a cat both are very friendly. I would prefer someone w no pets but would consider it if it’s the right pet. But there would also be a $250 non refundable pet deposit. I’ve been here awhile and have the master bed and bath my rent is $1200 and I pay for the Gas (the stove is not electric) and the yard maintenance. One of my roommates moved out April 30 the other is out by May 31. Also I know the photos have furniture in them but both rooms will be unfurnished rooms for rent. My days off primarily are Fri and Sat so those are the days I would be available.
