Artsy, liberal house looking for likeminded roomie

Hi all,

We are looking for another roommate for the narwhal room!

The house is in Lakeshore near Avondale, Murray Hill, Riverside, NAS Jax. Publix, a large shopping center, Chamblin Bookmine and Hightide Burrito Bar are within walking distance.

Renter should pay rent on time, have a steady job, clean up after themselves, be kind and respectful of others and be cat friendly. Sorry, no pets unless it's something small that will be happy in your room.

Rent is $650 per mo including water, electric and Wi-Fi. It's a month to month rental but looking for someone to stay at least 6 months.

Please respond with a bit about yourself. It would be nice to have a few references as well and proof of income.

Move in costs are 1st, and $250 security dep.
