Gorgeous Apt. in Desirable area

I’m currently staying in the master bedroom and my roommate is in the other room. I’m looking for a sublease as I have some unexpected personal matters come up that require me to relocate. I pay $1,050 exactly for rent and our Utilities usually come out to about $30-$35. I have a great roommate; She works with animals full time, always good energy, is usually at work or in her room but always makes time to socialize, all around a great roomie.
