Looking for someone to replace me on lease :)

Looking to "sublet" my room in this three bedroom apartment. Not really subletting, because this is just one room you'll be renting, so more like a room mate swap situation. Female is preferred. There is a pool, hot tub, gym, and theatre. Your room will be unfurnished. There is a walk in closet in the room. Any cat stuff you see in the living room/bathroom will be coming with me/there will be no cat living here. 13 minutes from UNF, 13 minutes from the avenues mall, 11 minutes from Walmart. Rent is $621 per month, which does not include utilities. Utilities are usually $20 water, etc.+ $65 wifi and electric, so $85ish total/month. One bedroom belongs to a girl, she is friendly. The other bedroom is also being "sublet", potentially to a man, but he is friendly and feminist and won't bug you, so no need to worry about that if you're a girl. You will need to apply to the leasing office and get approved to be added to the lease, then I will be removed from it. You cannot have a guarantor of your own, because this is technically not student housing so there cannot be multiple guarantors. You can move in any time.
