Looking for a roommate

I’m looking for a roommate that’s drama free and easy going. Must be friendly, respectful and drug free. Rent must be paid on time! The room is unfurnished, smoke free home, if you are a smoker I ask if you go outside and be respectful. Must be neat and clean up after yourself and pitch in with house cleaning. You will have your own bathroom, shared living room, washer, dryer and dishwasher available. Guests are ok just no over staying or rent will go up. I live close to the mall, NAS Jax and bus stop.
