Room and living room available now

I have a bedroom and living room available for rent, you would have your own front door that leads to your half of the house, own back door, and there is a sliding door in the kitchen that separates your side from mine, it basically looks like a little studio. Lights and water are split but I will cover WiFi, a little bit about me I’m a college student and also own my own business I do nails hair and makeup, I’m rarely home so you will have the place to yourself majority of the time, I’m definitely pet friendly but there is a pet fee based off size, the flooring in the room I’m renting out does need to be redone I recommend carpet or some rugs in the meantime it’s really just an eye sore, please feel free to call me at any time or text , thank you
