Searching for roommate in Pensacola

216ft² unfurnished room for rent in 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment. Expenses include your half of rent ($800), your half of internet ($60), and your half of electric (~$78). Water included in rent. Dishwasher, pool, and laundry machines on site. I have no furniture except two cat trees and a litter box in the living room. The room is twice the size of mine with two closets. The bathroom is shared. I have an affectionate cat. I work 2 jobs, one is nights and I usually wake up at 9PM and go to bed around 12PM. Weekends I'm gone from 6AM-3:30P for my second job. I haven't had a person over in the 6 months I've lived there but if I do I will provide notice for overnight guests and be courteous of sound, I hope you can do the same.
