Single Room for Rent

Looking to rent a single room in a private house. It's a renovated garage. It has a full size bed and a large glass dining room table with two chairs. It rents for $650/month. The rent comes with utilities, WiFi, filtered water, toiletries, washing machine and dryer, and laundry room supplies. Preference for a vegan roommate as no eggs, dairy, fish, or meat is allowed in the house. No pets, drugs, alcohol, or smoking permitted in the house. Will not consider anyone with a criminal record. Will only consider applicants with a long-term history of employment, or recurring benefits from the government or an established company. The ideal tenant has great interpersonal skills and is able to function in a diverse environment.
