Looking for Roommate to Rent House

It is a 4 bed 2.5 bath house with 2146 sqft. We have not applied for the space yet but are planning to soon. The other option is a 5 bed 2.5 bath with 2415 sqft in the same area. We are mainly looking for a roommate to rent out one of the bedrooms. We only want one roommate (couple is fine), so the other bedroom(s) will be storage or an office. The house has a 2 car garage and a driveway. Who gets the garage can be discussed. The kitchen has an island. I have some furniture that I plan to bring and have a bunch of kitchen appliances such as a stand mixer, air fryer, slow cooker, ice cream maker, etc. These appliances are for anyone to use as long as they clean up afterwards. Both of us are introverted and will spend most of our days in our rooms with the occasional board game night with friends. FYI, both of us are *limp wrist* (not together though). If that is a problem, please look elsewhere.
