Two rooms for rent

My son and I are have two rooms for rent one room is small the other one is quite large a bathroom goes between them I shared bathroom you will have access to all of the house and we do hope you share our meals with us and sit down the table as we eat and you will have high speed internet and spectrum TV with all the good channels small pets are welcome as we have three rabbits smoking is accepted mild drinking is also you're welcome to have friends that come over we will respect your privacy and your space as you respect ours
