Private bed and bath in large exec. home in Odessa

I am renting a private bedroom and bathroom with walk in shower plus you will have a private living room with 55"TV, fireplace and sliders to shared pool. You will share the kitchen and laundry room. My home is a 4 bed 3, ba home with an office, 2 living areas. I live in an upscale development and it is very quiet, the neighbors are great. The location is 1.5 mi. to the Upper Tampa Bay trail, if you're a biker, 2 mi. to 589 vet. exp. 3mi to SR 54. I live on acre and the backyard is fenced, so a well behaved dog is ok. I am a retired real estate investor, and a quiet person. I have had roommates in Tenn. when I worked there and have always had good experierences. I am asking for $1200 pr mo and 1/2 the elec.
