Apartment room for rent Odessa Florida

I’m looking for a Roomate in either late August or September 1st when my lease gets renewed. My current Roomate is moving out of town and the entire room will be cleared and cleaned in the pictures. The place has two community pools and a gym. It’s right off the sun coast express way so Tampa is only 15 minutes away. Also there is a chick fil a 5 minutes away and an EOS fitness down the road If you want a bigger gym . The entire living room is already furnished and the table in the pics will be replaced with a dining room table before move in. I do have a dog named moose, he is an (Australian Shepard) He is a very friendly dog to everybody but does shed a lot. I am a full time college student currently and I work full time completely online. I’m also working full time for a home inspection company which is also a remote position. I keep the place pretty clean and it’s pretty easy to maintain because it’s not a huge apartment. There is no carpet in any of the rooms. There is a small patio that’s screened in as well. I rarely have people over but do occasionally, I don’t blare music unless we jammin together lol. I don’t care if u have people over frequently as long as you’re not having a screaming contest at 2am or blasting a speaker at 2am.
