Beautiful and Relaxing Room

This is a room in a home shared with my son and I. We are respectfully, quiet and kind. We respect others and their spaces and are looking for someone that will do the same. We need someone that will be responsible and pay entire rent on time without the need for us to ask for it. We keep a neat home and want someone that is neat with their space and common areas as well. We are laid back and cool, but parties, drinking and drugs are not allowed at the house. We would prefer someone that works or goes to school. We live in a quiet community so cars with loud music or loud mufflers would probably not be a good fit. No couples or sleepovers will be allowed since the room is for a single person only.
