Renting a bedroom with your own bathroom and shared kitchen/livingroom. Rate listed includes utilities and HOA fees. Community pool access included. Small patio and in-unit washer/dryer plus WiFi included. Willing to negotiate lower rate and looking for female renters only. Room is unfurnished with closet and extra storage space in other spare bedroom. I have an office in the 3rd room I’d be willing to share if you need somewhere to set up a desk for work/school. I have 2 cats but they mostly mind their business and stay on my side of the house.
