You will have 2 large closets in your room and a coat closet and a linen closet in the hallway. 1/2 a large pantry and half of the fridge/freezer. Access to all kitchen items. We will share the remaining house. All utilities included.
No smoking 🚭 in the house, vaping OK.

I am married (he doesn't live here) he may visit occasionally or l may be gone for weeks visiting him.
Also l have two Boston Terriers so l am sorry no other pets. They are quiet unless someone is at the door.(not yappy)

You will have off street parking just not in the garage.
