1 bedroom with shared bathroom for rent

4 bedroom 2 and a half bath house, two stories, 1 room available for rent. Room does include black out curtains and a room darkening black out shade. Must be cat friendly as we have 7 cats, they are very frendly and sleep most of the time in the master bedroom so you wouldnt even notice all of them. No more animals allowed. All utilities included, full use of the kitchen. Laundry room access right across the hallway upstairs, just bring use your own soap. It is a gamer house so we have the fastest internet which is included in rent. It’s a clean up after yourself kind of house, just be mindful that we share the space. We would like to conduct video interviews with anyone intrested first then we can move forward and meet in person if everyone feels good about the first meet.
