House share - fully furnished in Tampa

I have a very safe, quiet, clean, home in Carrollwood-Tampa. Offering a fully furnished, private bedroom and bathroom with semi- private entrance. I work from home so would preferably want someone who works outside of the home during the days. Looking for a clean and neat, easy going , female renter.
Home features Brand new AC. High speed internet, communal kitchen and living areas - screened patio and a large yard.
Small dogs will be considered. A very comfortable home in a great neighborhood- close to parks - centrally located with great access to Tampa areas. Essentially a house share with me and my doodle. Must be ok with dogs.
If you are a student, professional or traveling to Tampa for work or pleasure I offer short term leases. One month to 6 month leases. One year is offered after a 3 month contract only.
Background check will be required.
