DEPOSIT: Upon inspection of the room deposit will be deducted of damages and remainder will be returned in check form or cash. Room and commons areas must be cleaned fully to receive deposit.

CLEANING FEE: 350 cleaning fee. To clean to standards.

Deposit will be deducted if you do not clean your room and return the room as it was given to you.
