ROOM AVAILABLE- IMMEDIATE MOVE IN🫶🏼 Females only!
The house is about 10 minutes from downtown Tampa and 20-25 minutes from St. Pete over the Gandy bridge. It is in the Westshore district. Rent is $1000 a month, which includes utilities, WiFi, a home wide cleaning once a month, unlimited use of cleaning supplies & paper products (toilet paper and paper towel) and laundry supplies as well.
-There is also a non refundable $500 deposit that would be needed to secure the room! There has been extensive damage done to my home and this deposit appears to be the only manner to have others respect it. This deposit also covers fees that occur for registering your car with the HOA.
-The room is now not furnished. The community is gated, and there is a pool right outside the door of the home!
-I do have 2 sweet pups as pictured, and per the HOA, unfortunately no more pets are allowed. They have a dog walker and are with me when I’m home, so you wouldn’t need to worry about interacting with them.
-As for additional security, you would be also be given your own custom gate code to the home. In addition to the pool, there is a sauna, pinball machine, and billards board for your use as well.
-You would share a bathroom, but have your own sink/vanity space with storage.
-A little about me- I am a 28 year old Nurse Practitioner that works in urgent care! I earned my doctorate from UF. The other roommate is a nurse in her 20s. Ideally this would be for a 4 month or longer lease, but it is negoiateable!
