Room Available for Rent!

I am living in Mode @ Ballast Point apartment complex and have a 2-2 (no clue why the ad says 3-bed) with my roommate. He is moving to St. Pete in August when our lease is up. We have received our early rates and if I lock in by June 12 (very early notice), we will pay $964 each instead of $1012. Worth noting. My roommate also has a pet and yours can be arranged with management as a $25 monthly fee, I believe. There is also a $100 fee to add a new member to the lease. Rent, plus the leasing fee, plus utilities (which is usually around $40 each) would cover all the expenses of the room FYI.

The location is beautiful and absolutely the reason I want to stay and not get my own 1. Imo this is the most perfect spot in Tampa, very affordable, and the room/bathroom are nice as well as a great kitchen. Zero issues with the place. Just need a roommate!
