Bonus room is furnished with a QUEEN bed, two bedside tables, lamps.

Main room includes kitchenette with full-size refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, built-in kitchen cabinets. Living area furnished with a full-size leather sofa and a grey love seat with a pullout trundle bed. Lots of storage available with wardrobe, chest of drawers.

Accessible through either a private entrance at the back of the house or through the main home via secure keypad entry.

Access to the large kitchen in the main house is included with access to the washer/dryer, full-size stove and oven.

$50 utility fee includes all utilities, electricity, water, trash pickup, Internet, WiFi.

How about a 6-month lease and get to know each other. Will renew for 6 months, one year or more at the same rate after initial 6 months.
