Peaceful Retirement Community at Emerald Lake

Hello, I am looking for a roommate to share my peaceful home. The house is completely furnished all you need to bring are your clothes. I come to the house occasionally because this is my future retirement home but I am still employed. You have your private bedroom and bathroom, I will share with you the rest of the house such as the kitchen, livingroom, dining room, sunroom, laundry room, porch, and driveway.
I ask for proof of income, you must pay a non-refundable application fee of $60.00 to verify your credit, criminal record, and eviction report. First month and security deposit is required. All the utilities are included with your rent such as water, electricity, cable, and internet. No smoking or pets allowed.
