Room for rent with bathroom

Hello! I am currently living in a three bedroom two bathroom apartment on a third floor. I am looking for a roommate for one of my two guest bedrooms which has a guest bathroom. I currently stay in the master bedroom.
One room has one window with lots of light and the second room had two windows. There’s a Balcony. Shared living room and shared kitchen. In-unit washer and dryer. Amazing pool area and community center with gym.. It’s a quick and easy process and I’d write you a lease contract. No pets. No couples. No kids. No smoking. It’s for a single individual only. Rooms are not carpeted and the apartment is brand new just built at the beginning of February. Looking to rent this out beginning April 1st. The lease is until February 2024 so there are 9 months remaining on the lease with chance for renewal at end of lease. Water and valet trash is included in the rent. We have the fastest Wi-Fi plan so that is $70 a month extra, but you’d split it with me so it would be $35 for your half. The FPL is also separate which usually comes to $70 a month and you’d split that with me as well. The wifi plan can always be changed. Room comes unfurnished with the option of adding a queen size mattress to it and tv stand/ dresser that I just bought this month if of interest. Contact me with any questions!
