We have for rent a completely furnished private bedroom, including landline phone, Wi-Fi, smart Tv, cigarette smoker is okay, but we don’t smoke inside the house. There is a screened lanai, or the garage is okay to smoke in. We have cats and a small dog. You will have access to a shared bathroom with a shower and tub. We have our own bathroom in the master bedroom. You will have complete access to the kitchen, and washer and dryer in the garage. Please feel free to be social in the living room. We have a pool in our fenced in backyard. Please be okay with animals. We ask that you either contribute to grocery costs, or if you prefer to buy your own food, that’s fine. Please either buy your own laundry detergent and toiletries, or help to contribute to the costs. We do our best to keep the home as clean as possible, inside and outside. Please, absolutely no illegal drugs, and no heavy alcohol usage.
