Cleaning of shared spaces which include living room, kitchen, bathroom, carport and yard would be shared unless you want to pay 100 more each month. There are house rules (shoes off at door, no loud music/sound after 10pm, clean up after your self in kitchen) that will be gone over during interview process. House is close to SCF, IMG Academy, Ringling School of Arts, downtown Sarasota and downtown Bradenton.
