Roommates suddenly moving out, needing 1-2 more.

The house is brand new. Built 4 years ago and we moved in a week after they finished building it. It sits on .25 acres of land and is within 5-minute drive to the local Walmart, Publix, and other locations along Maricamp Road. Bi-weekly a guy comes out to do the yard work, I have Fox Pest Control that does service every 3 months and drops by on call. I need at least 1 roommate as I work two jobs. If only one room is taken, you will have your own bathroom. Rent will be split in half so thus 800 a month, not including the split on utilities such as electricity and internet. I own a 2-year-old rottweiler who is a big love bug. If I get both rooms filled, the rent will be 3 ways and thus 533. The current lease is month to month for 1595. I personally don't drink or smoke. I work the graveyard shift at Walmart and a mid to late-night shift at 711.
