Room for rent

Hi everyone, I’m looking for someone to take over my part of the lease. It is the master bedroom with a large walk in closet. Rent is $750 and you will be responsible for half of the utilities which is normal at most $150. You will need to put in an application with the leasing office which is about $30 currently. This apartment is in the deerwood village apartments. Move in as soon as mid June, lease is over in November. You can renew if you’d like, message me with any questions. Furniture not included.
