Family-oriented area with tons of shopping plazas, gyms, restaurants, public transport, etc. The apartment is 8 minutes from Sunny Isles Beach and located on a running trail with bike rentals, which makes the weekends super fun. I spent a lot of time building this home so I am looking for someone responsible and clean. I am a designer/artist so I take pride in creating a safe space/great vibes. LGTB friendly but not cannabis or Cat-friendly, sorry I'm allergic to cats! I am requesting the first and last month up front along with a $300 security deposit. 6 month stay minimum is preferred but I am flexible. There is no one else, it's just me!:)
