room dimensions are 10.5 x 12 ft. private bathroom. room has a wardrobe closet and a small closet space is also available beside the washer dryer. huge corner balcony with great sunsets since one side faces east. the building has a gym and a pool. US-1 and metro rail station are 3 blocks away. Downtown coconut grove is a three minute drive. Brickel is a 9 minute drive. I work mostly evenings so I won’t usually be home at night. Good vibes and clean home. Looking for a clean respectful person to share my space with. Must pass background check through the building management in order to be approved as an occupant. $80 none refundable application fee.
