Looking for a clean, neat, quiet and respectful person. House is neat and clean. You have full use of house as long as you clean up after yourself and keep areas neat and clean. There is a little space in kitchen for you to keep things. You are free to use kitchen as long as you clean after yourself. House is a three bedroom and two and a half bath. Large open spaces.
Back yard is relaxing and have a grill you can use.
The room is rented to one person not two. I am ok with a over night guest once in awhile. Or if a friend or family wants to visit a few days we can talk about it then.
Respect and manners are important.
To repeat: Please keep in mind this is a room to rent and sharing common spaces. It is your responsibility to keep clean and help. As there is no house keeper. You are in charge of cleaning your own room and washing your sheets and towels. ( your laundry) plus if need pitching in to clean common area once and awhile and the bathroom. If you do not want to then we can discuss a extra fee for cleAning.

House is located near blocks from Coral Gables. South Miami the Grove are close. Can get to the airport in under 10 minutes. Also close to expressways if need. U of M is up the street and FIU is down the street both are straight shots.
I will ask to do a back ground check. Also a small rental agreement. Please reach me with any question you may have.
