A beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment

I am in the process of moving out of a beautiful 2 bedroom apartment in Coral Gables (I got a job offer elsewhere). There is free parking for you, a beautiful pool and location in a very safe and nice neighborhood. And it's not far from downtown Miami either. The housemate here is very kind and has a cat as well and he is open minded. We need to fill this apartment with someone before the end of the third week of March 2023, so we want to move things fast. The monthly rent is $1430 and is a 12 month lease. No additional pets allowed.
