Looking for a professional or student to move in. It's a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom, you'll have your own private bathroom, internet + cable are included as is electricity. Very affordable.

I work from home the majority of the time and I'm a pretty laid-back person myself so would prefer someone similar, who is just looking for a place to stay.

There's a small patio area in the back, your room comes with a full sized mattress and television/roku.

Complex is safe and quiet.

Noteworthy:

-No parking, one spot per residence. Right outside the complex plenty of residents park their vehicles there overnight. 2 minute walk.

-Medium-sized fridge, in the process of getting a new one
