Large Room for rent in Design District

Live in the middle of all the action, within walking distance to Midtown and Wynwood! We are renting the largest room in a 4 bedroom house in the design district, next to entrance to highway and within walking distance to restaurants and stores.. Shared living room, dining room, kitchen and yard, including the use of washer and dryer. Room comes with private bathroom. Walk-in closet. Furnished with bed with Tempurepedic mattress, TV and dresser. Room also has small microwave and fridge. All utilities and Wi-Fi included. First and last month required to move in. No smoking inside the house. You may smoke in yard outside. You must like animals since we have 2 dogs and 2 cats, but not enough to have your own since we think 4 is enough. Must have job and/or go to school. Must be kind and care for the environment. I am a teacher and artist and I love living 10 minutes away from the beach and the airport. You will love it here too! Rent is $1150 a month and I require one month deposit, so $2300 required to move in.
